At Lloyds Infinite Foundation (LIF), we are committed to empowering lives and building a brighter future for communities in the areas where Lloyds Metals & Energy Limited (LMEL) operates. Established as the dedicated arm of LMEL for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) endeavors, LIF operates with a steadfast focus on integrity, sustainability, and community development, placing people at the forefront of all our initiatives.

HEALTHCARE
Lloyds Kali Ammal Memorial Hospital Bringing Healing to Remote Villages
Located in Gadchiroli, the Lloyds Kali Ammal Memorial Hospital (LKAM Hospital) serves as a beacon of hope for underserved communities. Established in November 2023 with strong local support and under the leadership of Mr. B. Prabhakaran, the hospital offers comprehensive medical services. Equipped with modern facilities including a 30-bed capacity and advanced diagnostics, LKAM provides care in emergency services, maternity, dentistry, ophthalmology, general medicine, and pediatrics. The hospital also prioritizes community engagement through outreach programs and health education initiatives, positively impacting health outcomes in Gadchiroli with an average daily service to 100-150 patients.
EDUCATION
Empowering Local Youth: Lloyds Raj Vidya Niketan’s Journey in Rural Education
In the village of Hedri, Etapalli taluka, educational challenges have long hindered children’s development. Lloyds Infinite Foundation addresses this through initiatives like Lloyds Raj Vidya Niketan (LRVN), which not only focuses on academics but also instills life skills and an entrepreneurial spirit among rural youth. Moreover, recognizing academic excellence, 14 students from villages near Surjagad mines were supported by LMEL to pursue education abroad at Curtin University in Perth, Australia. Additionally, G D Goenka Lloyds Public School stands out for its academic excellence and innovative teaching methods, nurturing holistic development on a spacious 6-acre campus.
SPORTS ACADEMY
Empowering Children Through Sports: Lloyds Sports Academy
Founded in 2023, Lloyds Sports Academy (LSA) has been dedicated to providing quality training in athletics, archery, football, volleyball, kabaddi, and self-defense. Initially starting with a summer camp, LSA quickly expanded its facilities near LMEL’s Konsari plant to accommodate more young athletes. With a team of experienced coaches, including former state and national-level competitors, LSA has become a hub for sporting excellence in the region. Moreover, Lloyds Infinite Foundation enriches sports programs in government schools, promoting unity through events like cricket tournaments in Konsari Block, which feature diverse participation including female teams and indoor games, fostering inclusivity and community spirit.
