He is a commerce graduate and a successful industrialist having vast knowledge and rich experience of over 35 years in Production, Management, Consultancy, and other areas in the Steel, Power Industries. He is a Founder and Board Member of Lloyds Group.

Mr. Manesh Cherian is a Law Graduate and has an experience of 13 years in the legal field. He has rich experience in litigation relating to corporate matters, Realestate, Redevelopment and SRA Projects. He has good liasoning skills. He provides a wide range of legal, regulatory and advisory services to many companies and represent their matters/cases before the Court of Law.

Mr. Vikram Shah is a Commerce Graduate, Chartered Accountant and a Law Graduate and has an experience of around 40 years in Finance Field. Mr. Vikram Shah is an experienced Finance professional and has served the position of Finance Head in a Company. He has handled various assignments during his professional career, which include Taxation, Financial Planning, Company Law matters etc.

Ms. Mohinder Anand is an Independent Woman Director. She is having immense experience of 38 years in the field of Human Resources. She is having good experience in handling day to day affairs of the company including administration and human resources.

He is Law Graduate (LLB) having experience of 20 years in the field of Commercial Laws, Company Law, Arbitration Law & Mediation, and Constitution.

Mr. Mohan Krishnamoorthy is a Commerce Graduate from Mumbai University. He is having vast experience of more than 30 years in steel, glass manufacturing and trading industry and worked with some major companies like Lloyds Steel Industries Limited, Shree Vindhya Paper Mills Ltd., Paragon Group etc. at senior level. He has expertise in the areas of accounts, finance, taxation and provident fund matters. Apart from this, he is also having exposure in MIS, excise, service tax and sales tax matters.

Mr. Jagannath Dange is a Commerce and Law Graduate, and has done post-graduation in Business Administration Development from Nagpur University, Pune University and Bath University from U.K. He commenced his career as an IAS officer in 1973 in Maharashtra Cadre. He has served for more than 38 years in different positions including districts, Government of Maharashtra and Government of India and gained hands-on experience for the management of Government organizations, Public Sector undertakings and NGOs.
