Lloyds Enterprises Limited, originally incorporated as Benson Steels Ltd. in 1986, underwent a name change to Shree Global Tradefin Limited on October 24, 1996. Recently, the company adopted its current name, Lloyds Enterprises Limited, as per a new Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, on September 6, 2023.
